Dr. Quennel Cooper is the proud principal of Prairie View Elementary.  Dr. Cooper is from Inkster Michigan and a graduated of Eastern Michigan University. After receiving his Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education, Quennel moved to Minnesota in 2008 and started teaching in the Saint Paul Public School District.

From 2009-2011 Dr. Cooper left education and received his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University during that time. In 2011 Dr. Cooper returned to the classroom and became fourth grade teacher.

​

In 2014, Dr. Cooper received his Specialist Degree from Concordia University St. Paul, and became the first elementary assitant principal in the Inver Grove Heights Community School District.  Quennel remained in the Inver Grove Heights School District taking over as an elementary principal in 2017.  

​

In 2022, Dr. Cooper obtained his Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State University of Mankato.   In addition, became the principal of Prairie View in Eden Prairie Minnesota.
